Senator Giessel offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 2, before "physician": Insert "licensed health care provider or" Senator Giessel moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator French objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
